On my way to the studio, it was a bright sunny Spring day with some of the first really warm weather.
The bus stopped and in climbed about twelve small children with their two teachers. They all had sunhats and a little pack and their summer clothes, their faces a picture of delight.
I happened to have my sketchbook in hand, so in between gazing at their angelic faces, I was able to record some of the scene: turned faces, the leg stuck out across a seat, and a hand stretched up to grab the back of the seat.
These magic moments made my day.
